Research Interests:

Pancreatic cancer is a devastating disease with a dismal prognosis. The five-year survival rate is less than 5% and most patients die within a few months of diagnosis. My current research focuses on identifying novel therapeutic approaches for pancreatic cancer including targeting the extensive scarring (fibrosis) which we have shown enhances pancreatic cancer progression.
